When you sign up to our 6 week at home challenge, you book your orientation call, answer some questions before we meet, then simply complete all the workouts, work with your coach, follow the meal plan 100% along with the recommended supplement package and post your wins in Facebook or Instagram .

What If I Have An Injury?
I have over 17 years experience as a personal trainer. I know my way around basic injuries. I also know my scope of practice limits. We work hand in hand with most physical therapists and chiropractors to ensure we adapt to a total wellness plan.

It's our 6 week at home challenge package... you will get 3 - 4 fat burning workouts per week, This gives you access to  cutting edge body weight cardio workouts with our fitness app. We also give you access to our DELICIOUS and healthy anti-diet meal plan. This is a PhD based grocery list guide so you don’t have to ever wonder what’s for dinner. PLUS, you'll even get a Nutrition Orientation. When we meet we will chat about additional options available for you to have your very own WFOB accountability coach, access our LIVE group sessions and join our inspiring and supportive online community of empowering women, and even ways for you obtain tons of recipes, an eating out guide, baking guide, and more....
Do I Need Any Equipment?
Not at all! We offer multiple ways to incorporate not just your body weight for burning fat and building muscle, but utilizing everyday household items as well. Ever bench press a family member or coffee table? We'll show you how, lol. 
Can A Friend Or Family Member Join ?
Yes absolutely. In fact, family members or friends can join in the workouts for FREE and are always welcome. (women only, of course)
